Where do you deliver

We currently ship worldwide, except the UK. We are doing everything we can to make this possible again in the future.

What are the shipping costs?

At OFUR we charge the following shipping costs:

The Netherlands€ 4,95 (Free from €75.00)
Europe Zone 1€ 7,95 (Free From €150.00)
Europe Zone 2€ 10,95 (Free from €150.00)
Outside Europe€ 23,95 (Free From €199.00)

How will my order be shipped?

We ship your order in an environmentally friendly plastic bag.

What is the delivery time of my order?

Delivery time depends on your location and local delivery service. Under normal circumstances you will receive your order in the Netherlands within 1 working day. Orders shipped to the rest of Europe take 3-5 business days. Worldwide deliveries can take up to 3-10 business days. (Please note that during sales periods and holidays it may take longer for your order to arrive).

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order with the following options:

When does the payment take place?

Once your order has been placed, the order amount will be debited from your bank account. You will receive an order confirmation by email once your purchase has been paid.

Where can I find my invoice?

Your invoice is included in the order confirmation. If you think your invoice is incorrect, please contact us immediately.

I have received an invoice for import duties and/or customs costs, do I have to pay it?

For countries outside Europe, additional costs may be charged by local customs. These charges are paid to the local carrier and are your responsibility.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

How can I return an order?

You have 30 days to return your order after receipt. To return or exchange items, please complete the return form that came with your order. All steps related to your return shipment are described on the return form. If you have not received a return form, please contact us immediately or download a return form on the return page of our website.

Orders must be returned unwashed and unused in the original packaging with all labels still attached.

We will offer a full refund for unsold items within 30 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot refund taxes, duties, or shipping costs for returns. Refunds will be made in Euros at the price paid in the original purchase.

When can I expect my refund?

We will refund your return as soon as possible and at the latest within 10 days after receipt of your return. All payments will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be available in your account after processing your return (depending on your payment method).

Is it possible to exchange items?

No Unfortunately not. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or product, you can follow our regular returns process and order a new item.

My purchased item is damaged, what should I do?

You can contact us by email and we will help you with a suitable solution as soon as possible. Do not return damaged items to us without contacting us first.

If the return form is missing you can download it on the returns page under “What is our returns policy”.


PRODUCTS

The item I want is out of stock. Will the item in question be restocked?

We are sorry that the item you are interested in is out of stock. You can send an e-mail to ask if the item is being restocked.

Where can I find the washing instructions for my items?

All items in our collection are provided with a washing label. We strongly recommend that you follow the instructions on this label. If you have more questions or want more advice, please contact us by e-mail.

Do I need an account to order via the website?

No, you can check out as a guest. The use of an account can be useful for your own administration.

What do you do with my personal data?

Your data will only be used to process your order and shipment. We may use your email address for promotional purposes and your phone number may be used if there is a problem with your order. Under no circumstances will we share or sell your data to third parties.

Is it possible to delete my account?

We can delete your account at any time. Send us an email and we will remove your data from our system.
