ORDERS & DELIVERY
  • Delivery within the Netherlands 1-3 working days
  • Delivery within the European Union 3-5 working days
  • International delivery 5-10 working days

Please note that the delivery times are estimates, we cannot always guarantee delivery dates. Four by Four Clothing aims to process orders as soon as possible.

The Netherlands – Free shipping

Europe zone 1 – € 7,95 (free shipping over €99)

Europe zone 2 – € 10,95 (free shipping over €99)

Outside Europe – € 24,30 (free shipping over €250)

Please bear in mind that deliveries may take longer due to holidays.

The fees for international orders outside of the EU do not include custom fees and additional taxes, we cannot be held responsible for any additional charges.


EXCHANGE & RETURNS

We maintain a simple return policy – we accept returns for any reason and we will issue a refund, any online purchase can be returned to our warehouse. If you wish to return an item please, fill in the return form and send it back to the relevant address. Instructions are provided in the return form.

  • Returns via return form can be made within 15 working days after shipping. If your purchase does not include a return form, please contact sales@fourbyfourclothing.com
  • In case of returns products cannot be worn or washed
  • All products must be returned in the original packaging with all labels still attached
  • Customers are charged for the return fees

REFUNDS

After reception refunds will be processed within 7-15 working days

  • Shipping fees will not be refunded

FAULTY ITEMS

We will take back products that show defects in materials or workmanship and is covered by our warranty policy.

We do not accept returned products if they are not covered by our warranty policy, neither if the product is not returned in the original packaging, nor if the product was damaged whilst being used in a way it was not intended. Warranty is only valid and enforceable at the discretion of Four by Four Clothing.


WHAT IF MY RETURN IS NOT ACCEPTED?

We will only deny returns if you do not follow our guidelines. If a product is sent back to us and we cannot credit you for it, we will not return it to you. If you wish for your product to be returned to you, we will take a PayPal payment for the shipping costs. Otherwise the product will remain in our possession for 90 days after which we will discard the product. Shipping costs vary based on your location.


COLOURS

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products offered on our website as accurate as possible. Unfortunately, actual colours depend on your monitor, therefore, we cannot guarantee that the display of colour is 100% accurate.


AVAILABILITY

When purchasing an item it is always possible that the purchased item cannot be processed due to it being out of stock. We will cancel the order and contact the customer through e-mail. Remember, All items are limited!

LOST AND MISSING ITEMS

Four by Four Clothing is not responsible for any lost, missing or damaged items. After shipping the purchased item the responsibility of the item is in hands of the carrier.
