We will ship your order in a carton bag. The carton is made out of recycled material and provided with a FSC quality mark.
Delivery time depends on your location and local delivery service. Under normal circumstances you should receive your order in the Netherlands in 1-3 working days. Orders send to the rest of Europe will take 3-5 working days. Worldwide deliveries may take up to 3-10 working days. (Please note that during sale periods and holidays it may take longer for your order to arrive).
Return & Exchanges
You have 15 days to return your order after receiving it. To return or exchange items, Please fill in the Return Form that came accompanied with your order. All steps in relation to your return are described on the Return Form. If you haven’t received a Return Form, please contact us immediately or click here to download a Return Form.
Orders must be returned unwashed and unused in the original packaging with all labels still attached.
We will offer a full refund on non-sale items within 30 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we can not refund any taxes duties charges or shipping fees for returns. Refunds will be done in Euros at the price paid upon original purchase.

We will refund your return as soon as possible and at the latest within 10 days of receiving your return. All payments will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 working for your refund to be available on your account after processing your return (depending on your payment method).
No, unfortunately not. If you wish to change your item to another size or product you can follow our regular return process and order a new item.
We are sorry that the item is damaged. You can contact us by mail and we will provide you with a solution as soon as possible. Please do not send damaged items back to us without contacting us first.

As soon as your order has been placed, the order amount will be written off your bank account. You will receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your purchase has been paid.
Your invoice is included in the order confirmation. If you think your invoice is incorrect, please contact us immediately.
For countries outside Europe there may be additional charges added by your local customs. These fees are paid to the local carrier and your own responsibility.
All our prices are final and include the 21% VAT, in compliance to Dutch law. We are not responsible for additional import taxes that may be added, depending on local customs.
