After receiving your order you have 30 days to return any items. To return or exchange items, please complete the return form that came with your order. All steps related to your return shipment are described on the return form. If you have not received a return form, please contact us immediately or click here to download a return form.
Is there anything I can’t return?
It is only possible to return items if they are unworn, unwashed and with labels and hangtags attached. For hygienic reasons it is not possible to return underwear and / or socks.
How do I return my items?
If you would like to return an item we kindly ask you to fill in the return form which is included in your package.
Send the items back in the original state (unworn, with hangtags and labels attached) to the following address:

My purchased item is damaged, what should I do?
If you have received a faulty or damaged item we are naturally very sorry and we will help you with a suitable solution as soon as possible. Please send us an email, do not return damaged items to us without contacting us first.
